Teknikum Group has increased its holding of the Hungarian rubber and plastics company T-Plasztik Kft.
Minority shareholders of the company continue in management positions even after the acquisition. In 2017, T-Plasztik's net sales were EUR 24 million and the number of employees approximately 340. Its largest customers are fast-growing home appliance, personal protection, and automotive industries, mainly in Hungary and the surrounding countries.
With this strategic acquisition, Teknikum's technological expertise combined with T-Plasztik's strong market position in Europe's fastest growing market provides a solid foundation for the successful growth and further development of Teknikum's international business operations.
